I know I'm just one deviant in an endless ocean of talent...

But honestly, how hard is it to get people to acknowledge you out here?

It's like being in the center of the ocean in an ocean-colored lifeboat; nobody sees you because there are hundreds of miles that have exactly the same color as your boat...

People "Friend" you here but never comment on your work...

They add you to their favorites and WON'T Fekking comment...

On top of all this, I'm actually losing interest in my manga...

Honestly, If you're a sympathetic soul, just comment to this journal.

I know it's very self-serving, and I sound like I'm complaining. I know I sound obnoxious.

I just want to know who is really paying attention to me and who is going to stay silent.

Is this too much to ask?

To be honest I don't read your manga (sorry) but I do look at and comment your other deviations.
But don't work for your audience, your for yourself and an audience will gather in time (perhaps a long time, but eventually).

Well true art doesn't come from trying to appease your audience, that which truly echos within and without is done for the artist's passion.

"Appease" makes them sound like they're hostile. Also, I do like my art. I just feel like more people could be experiencing it.
